Therapy is a relationship, not a performance. My approach makes room for complexity, creativity, and the ways you experience the world.
I work with neurodivergent adults and adolescents, creatives, and perfectionists navigating anxiety, depression, identity, executive-function difficulties, and life transitions. We can explore what matters to you without assuming there is one right way to be.
My education includes a Master of Social Welfare from UCLA (2017) and a BS in Human Development from Cornell University (2015). My additional training includes Certified Therapeutic Game Master and Certified Geek Therapist.
